After audience feedback on possible names I have decided to call my newspaper
Harrogate Post
Sounds professional
Could be linked to Yorkshire Post, which means it will have a good reputation
Short and snappy as Harrogate is already a long word
Lots of towns have a ‘Post’ so will make it part of Yorkshire
These were other options
Harrogate Herald
Already a Herald in Harrogate
Harrogate News
Too plain and dull, would not attract people
Harrogate Gazette
Sounds a bit too American, and doesn’t accurately represent Harrogate
